These sales terms and conditions apply to all purchases and orders of goods and services on www.gardiensports.com. By placing an order on the website, you agree to these terms.

Agreement: The agreement between Gardien Sports AS (hereinafter referred to as the "seller") and the buyer is considered binding when the buyer has submitted the order and received an order confirmation from the seller.

Prices: All prices listed on gardiensports.com are inclusive of value-added tax and any other applicable taxes. Prices are valid while stocks last.

Payment: Payment can be made by credit card, invoice, or other payment methods available on the website. When paying by credit card, the amount will be reserved on the card upon ordering and charged upon shipment of the goods.

Delivery: The seller will dispatch the goods as soon as possible after receiving the order and confirming the payment. The delivery time will vary depending on the size of the order and the destination. The seller is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party carriers.

Right of Withdrawal: The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason. The cost of return shall be borne by the buyer.

Return of Goods: The buyer must contact the seller before returning the goods. The goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received, with all tags and original packaging. The seller reserves the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value if the goods have been used beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Warranty: The seller usually provides a warranty of 2 years for all goods. The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse of the goods.

Complaints: The buyer shall contact the seller immediately if any defects or deficiencies are discovered in the goods. The buyer has the right to demand repair, replacement, or price reduction depending on the situation. The seller will handle all complaints in accordance with applicable law.

Personal Data: The seller will collect and process the buyer's personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations on privacy. The buyer may request access to, correction, or deletion of their personal data at any time.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes between the seller and the buyer shall be attempted to be resolved through negotiations. If this does not lead to a resolution, the matter may be brought before the ordinary courts.

Force Majeure: The seller is not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond the seller's control, such as strikes, natural disasters, war, or similar events.

Changes to Sales Terms: The seller reserves the right to change the sales terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the website.

Intellectual Property Rights: All intellectual property rights associated with the products sold on the website belong to the seller or the rights holders. Use of these products without express permission from the seller or the rights holders may infringe copyright and/or other intellectual property rights.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction: The agreement between the seller and the buyer is governed by Norwegian law. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiations shall be brought before the ordinary courts, with Oslo as the legal venue.
